Hello,
I would like to install a new plug in to my blog. However the plugin sub panel in my menu bar is missing. Why is that?
Please see attached image of my menu bar: http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/2619/screenshot20110121at425.png

WordPress.COM does not allow the use of Plug-in’s for security reasons. If you need a specific feature please describe the required functionality and then we can tell you if there is a workaround.

Always, always use the Search function before asking a question in a technical forum. I think today we answered this three times already.

I think Plug-in’s are also covered in the sticky posts at the top of the Forum that everyone is supposed to read before posting.

sorry for that… When I looked through wordpress support page I got confused because it is stated there and described how to use/install the plugins.
I would like to install facebook fan page interface. Like this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/facebook-like-box-widget/installation/
