  We cannot use plugins here on WordPress.com. Please see these support docs

  WordPress.COM does not allow plugins. They are for WordPress.ORG.

  If you tell us specifically what you want to accomplish as an end result, eg “SEO optimization” etc, we can tell you how to do that here. Do not say “install plugins.” Plugins are bits of code that accomplish results. Tell us the result you want.

  i see how to add a plugin from YouTube but on my dashboard there is no plugin menu so i cant do nan if you know how can add plugin menu to my dashboard please tell me I,m new to WordPress
