I need a QUESTIONNAIRE plugin for my clients.
but i don’t want to ask to my clients their NAME or CLIENT_ID or MAIL to identify them on the questionnaire…. i want that this IDENTIFICATION CODE is alredy inserted in the questionnaire so when i get all the results ONLY ME can identify the result of each one of my client and also the results can be all sum at the same result page, so i can see the percentage for all my clients and understand what my clients decide.

Any help with any plugin name?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

Your site agjensia.wordpress.com hasn’t been updated since 2017, so I assume you’re working on a different site. Let me know your site’s address so I can further help you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply,
i asked on another forum and they said doesn’t exist any of this plugin i’m looking for and i needed to develop it by myself.
But i am courios about something if i am allowed, why is the site name so important that you didn’t respond to the question?
i mean where’s the difference between knowing the name of the site and not? If the plugin does exist just tell the name of it.

    Thanks in advance!

Sure thing. The reason we were curious about that is because we use a custom managed version of the WordPress software here on WordPress.com. If you are using WordPress through another provider they are using the “open source” or self-installed variant of the platform instead. That version works differently than what we offer on WordPress.com (specifically we don’t offer plugins without an upgrade to your hosting account) so the reason we were asking for your site URL was to determine if you are hosting here on WordPress.com with us, or if you are using WordPress through another provider instead.

If you are using another host, for the version of WordPress they offer, you can find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

Perhaps that is the forum you asked on, which is the correct forum for your question. Since we don’t offer plugins on WordPress.com by default, we are probably not the best resource for plugin recommendations. Have you tried searching the internet to see if such a plugin exists? Google lists many more plugins that you would find in the official “plugin directory” on WordPress.org for example.
