  I purchased easywebinarplgin to create sales webinars. How do I find the Plugin tap on my dashboarch?

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins into a free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  Only those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.

  Please read this comparison http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ then hire a web host and set up your own wordpress>ORG install.
