Plugin Thoughts for Functionality

  Hello-

  I am in the process of working with some online influencers. I have an agreement with 2 of them. We make a custom product. Our agreement with them is to make a custom product for the category they have influence in they/we have to sell 100 pieces at a time. Once they get a 100 benchmark they go into production. They then get a reward from us. I was looking at crow funding plugins but I am not 100% that this is the functionality we are looking for.
  What are your thoughts?
  I want it to be clear to the customers that this campaign can be anywhere from 1-3 months. They pay for the item in advance. We have to sell 100 pieces before production…. They will be issued a full refund if we do NOT reach the 100 piece quantity.
  Maybe give them the option to opt out and get a refund before product?

  Is there a plugin that would work for this model? There will be rewards for the influencer if we get 100 etc. different tiers.
