Plugin to Follow Blog Widget

  Hi,

  first of all, sorry about my english. My english is not good.

  I have a free count on WordPress and there are a widget called “follow Blog”. So, I transfer my free count to a pay one and that widget doesn’t is there.

  my question is: is that why a plugin? wich plugin is it?

  Well, there are no plugins on WordPress.com (that we users can access anyway). For a site hosted elsewhere, that feature is part of the Jetpack plugin.
