Plugin to give a short course and a certificate

  Hi,

  I’m trying to set up a site that makes users go through
  a set of videos, puts them through a set of multiple
  choice questions and issues a personalized certificate
  upon completion/success.

  The videos have to be seen in order, one after another.

  At the end of that, there would be a quick set of
  multiple-choice questions.

  Upon passing that, we would issue them a personalized
  certificate (prolly a PDF).

  I know there are some big course platforms that could
  do this, I’m wondering if there is a plugin or set of plugins
  that could do this.

  My research so far is inconclusive.

  Any constructive advise would be most welcome.
