  Does anyone know any that do PLUGIN FILE UPLOAD in my forums and threads using BuddyPress?

  This forum is for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com (BuddyPress cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted blogs).

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum
  http://wordpress.org/support/
