Plugin Update

  Hello, WordPress team,

  We have a plugin https://wordpress.com/plugins/wc-sparco-payment-gateway which was developed by one of our former employee at Sparco now BroadPay, and the challenge we have is that sparco.io base URL used in the plugin no longer exists. We have no access to the plugin as it was uploaded under the developer’s account and we can’t reach the developer. We have also made changes and uploaded this plugin slag name payment-gateway-for-broadpay. We need help either approve our new update or help us change the base URL on the already approved plugin.

  Let’s clarify the distinctions among three versions of “WordPress” to avoid any confusion:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can freely obtain the software for use on your chosen hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, and the platform you are currently contacting.

  For the WordPress.org plugin directory, if you’re waiting for approval, you’ll need to wait for their plugin approval team to review and approve your plugin. Alternatively, you can reach out to your prior developer for assistance.
