Plugin update not availabe for one of our users in w.com

  Hello,

  We are Codemanas, a WordPress plugin and theme development company.

  One of our user in wordpress.com who uses one of our plugins: https://www.codemanas.com/downloads/video-conferencing-with-zoom-pro/

  reported that they are not getting plugin update in their dashboard. We use Easy Digital Downloads Software licensing for the automatic update system.

  Can you guide us if we need do do any specific coding for plugin update in wordpress.com

  Plugins and themes that are not in the dotorg repository may not be automatically updated:
  
  https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/update-a-plugin-or-theme/#plugins-and-themes-not-available-in-word-press-org-repositories
  
  Normally, users would have to go directly to the plugin dev site to get any updates. Have other users been able to receive automatic updates from us for this plugin?
