  There is no option to upload our own plugin.
  I want to attach my own plugin relates to some work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are tools used to extend the functionality of the WordPress platform. However, they are only applicable to self-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software. Adding your own plugins is not permitted here at WordPressdotcom for various security reasons. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  What is it that you are wanting to do with a plugin? Perhaps we can suggest a workaround.
