You can purchase the plugin and then upload the files to your site here. That is the new feature that was just recently added :)

Hello, Since we forum volunteers do not know how the new change to add plugins and themes works for Business plan users, please contact Staff directly via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact when you are logged in to the account username that purchased the upgrade.
Thanks.

Hi there,
Sorry, it appears you were given some inaccurate information in chat. To upload a downloaded plugin you need to go to the Plugins section of the WP-Admin dashboard, not My Sites. You need to be on this page:
https://sovschoice.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php
If you need more help with your site I suggest you use the contact form link @justjennifer gave above rather than posting in the forums. You can chat with us 24 hours a day Monday to Friday, and US business hours over weekends via that link.
