    Please i wish to upload my personal plugin, but it’s not allowing me, it says i must upgrade. Allow me upload my bown plugin!!!

    There is no way round but you can’t install third party plugins on a wordpress.com site unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.

    As @staartmees rightly mentioned, uploading plugins is a feature that comes with our Business and Commerce plans.

    However, I understand your concern, and I’d love to assist you further. Could you please provide some more information about the plugin you’re trying to upload? It might be possible that the functionality you’re seeking is already included as a feature in one of our plans, even on the free one.
