  Were can you find the icon on the dashboard to download a plugin
  on to my wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use plugins on a WordPress.com blog; they are only for WordPress.ORG blogs. Also, you will want to review the Terms of Service pretty promptly, as your blog may or may not be allowed here.
