Plugin which mimics Twitch/Discord chat emotes in blogposts

Hey everyone
A lot of you might know twitch and discord, and how you can type specific names in the chat and they appear as little emotes. I want this exact thing for a blog, ideally as a sort of plugin. Basically a way to upload a bunch of emotes, and then be able to type then while writing a paragraph or anymore, and make them automatically turn into these icons in the blogpost. I see two(or three) ways how this could be achieved.
A) using icons/emojis, and having a way to expand on them. The tricky part is, that many emotes are gifs. I think it could also be nice to have a setting to disable autoplay, and only play them when hovered or clicked at.
B) apparently there are some sticker plugins, but not many, and quite outdated. But something like this seems to have existed in the past, and maybe still exists. If it does, please tell me the names of these plugins.
C) A third party browser extension. A way to have these emotes be displayed across the whole web, or perhaps only on (wordpress) sites which have this replacement enabled. But this would go way beyond the scope I think, and would not exactly be an easy to straightforward solution.
Please let me know if what I am looking for is clear, and please feel free to point me towards anything that could help me here. Since this is quite essential for what I do, I would be willing to pay money for it as well.

Oh okay thank you. Is there a place to ask for these things? Any other forums? I feel like plugins are still an integral part to wordpress. Maybe there could be a Plugin subforum?
