Plugin / Widget needed for project, sub-parts, details

  I am not even sure how to phrase a search. I have tried Lists, Journal, Diary…
  Looking for something similar to:

  Major Project Overview – Dropdown list

  Project 01 – Dropdown list
  entry001
  entry002
  entry003

  Project 02 – Dropdown list
  entry001
  entry002
  entry003

  Project 03 – Dropdown list
  entry001
  entry002
  entry003

  Where each project lists only it’s entries. Date, Time, Note, Author

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.

  Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
