Plugin wp-security-scan is causing problems

Hi,
recently, a WordPress-Site managed by myself (http://www.fsphysik.uni-tuebingen.de/) throw out the error “Premature end of script headers”. I could fix this problem by disabling the plugin wp-security-scan, however, the site looks awful now and I can’t access the admin panel (http://www.fsphysik.uni-tuebingen.de/wordpress/wp-login.php).
Is there an update to this plugin? Would it help to update WordPress as a whole (I still have a 3.xx installation)? Is there anything else I can do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you make a post be sure to let them know which version you are running (click the “W” in the top) and your theme (click on themes and look for the one that is “active”).
