  We can only give support in English. You can’t install plugins on the wordpress.com platform without upgrading to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/business-plan/

  Hi @rajeevaksht – As forum member @staartmees mentions, all you need to to is upgrade to the Business plan to give any WordPress.com site the ability to install custom WordPress plugins and/or themes.

  What was the plugin you were trying to install, and which site were you needing to install it on?
