  HI, does the business plan include paypal and or stripe? Does it include where I can add a login page for member to have their own password and create a profile page with profile picture. Is there where we can also delete a member permanently if they are violation of our privacy? I want to create a forum or blog is there a page where they can Post their own forum topic or blog where they can also upload videos or pictures of their own? For any of your plans please let me know which plan? Is the customer support available on live chat 24/7? And will I be able to upgrade to a higher plan say within 2 month and pay the difference?

  Hi there,

  The Business Plan does not include any plugins. It just gives you the ability to install plugins. Support for any plugins you choose to install is provided by the people who make those plugins, not by us, and if there’s a fee to using any plugin that’s payable directly to the people who sell the plugin, and not included in the cost of the plan you pay to us.

  You’d need to install a membership plugin to do this.

  You’d need a forums plugin like bbPress for this.

  The Business and eCommerce plans come with 24/7 live chat and priority email support. The other plans come with 24/7 email support, and 24 hours live chat support from Monday to Friday.

  And will I be able to upgrade to a higher plan say within 2 month and pay the difference?

  If you upgrade from one plan to a more expensive plan, the amount you have to pay is calculated based on how much time has already passed on your current plan.
