  How to install plugins? I’m not able to find my blog’s plugins. Please help

  You can’t unless you are referring to a WordPress.org install on paid hosting elsewhere.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that will provide FTP access and the ability to install plugins, upload themes, and/or edit templates and themes in a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
