  I’d like a plugin-menu, to my blog, because I can’t use plugins as it is now. Without installing wordpress.org, because it dosn’t work.

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers can’t install plugins for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install plugins. Only those with WordPress.org installs can use plugins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
