    hello there i keep having this problem on my website where my original font disappears when i download a new plugin and i am no expert in website building at all i don’t know how to fix it as its keeps on happening.

    We can’t help as you can’t install plugins on a free wordpress.com site. You must ask at the support of that plugin.
