I have a pro bundle, but I don’t have a plugin install button on my dashboard. Why? Do I have to pay for an upgraded wordpress site AND pay for monthly hosting through a different site?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/

For more information on the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please see: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

In regards to your Bundle versus self-hosted question, the Pro Bundle is a WordPress.com Upgrade that we offer to give WordPress.com users additional features for their site. It is not available for self-hosted WordPress.org users, though some of the components, for example VideoPress, can be purchased for WordPress.org sites. You can read a description of everything included in the bundle at:

    Best!
