  I downloaded a plugin, but the instalations said go to the “plugins” menu???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Certain questions frequently arise for blogs hosted at WordPress.COM: You can’t use adsense, you can’t use plugins, and you can’t use themes other than the dozens that are already available here (for those, see “Appearance” at your dashboard). In all likelihood, you can’t use flash, javascript, or frames in your widgets (see: Writing and Editing Code).
