  So I see that in my dashboard I have no plugins and I have searched around and people say that you have to have a self hosted log to do that. What is that? And that it is because my blog is wordpress.com not wordpress.org, what is the difference between the 2? Can I change to .org? Do I have to pay to change to .org? Is I by a domain for example “littlesweetandsour.com” can I then get plugins? Please help

  Plugins are for self-hosted WordPress installations. We cannot use plugins at WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ .
