  i just want to know that why my blog don’t have plugin’s option under Appearance in dashboard??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  so does that mean i have to purchase the domain to get the plugins?

  Purchasing a domain won’t make any difference. We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs?

  No, there is no upgrade that will allow you to use plugins (unless you want VIP wordpress, which will cost you about $500 a MONTH).

  If you really want plugins, you should consider wordpress.ORG, however, most plugins aren’t necessary for wordpress.com since there are widgets or workarounds for them. Is there one in particular you want?
