  how can i add plugins create a e-learning module. My dashboard dont have one and it’s being a nightmare to add one. Please help anyone…!

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  You’re welcome. You need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install to accomplish what you want to do. http://wordpress.org/
