  i just joined disqus, and i’m told to add a plugin on my pamperedfatcat.wordpress.com site. i can’t find my plugin setting. do i have to have a custom account to have plugins?

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
