I would like to add a plugin Ecwid to the page Shop blog http://estafetafirm.wordpress.com/
Unfortunately, I have not found a section of the plugin in dashboards. This plugin will allow me to sell my idea relizovat business projects via web for a wide range of interested people. Thank you in advance for your help.

Our free hosted WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions.
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins, a shopping cart, etc. then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
