  Hi there,
  I have a problem with my blog.
  I am trying to install a plugin, and customise the blog but I can not. I am looking for the reason for the last three days and I am locked, I don’t know how to do.
  My dashboard is different of the other wordpress where I checked.

  How can I do?

  What is the URL of the blog you refer to?

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/
