I have read every post about enabling plugins but it seems that I dont have the same structure in my wordpress account. I would like to enable plugin menu and upload plugins but I can’t do it.
Please send me an information about how can I enable my plugins.

There is no such information. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.
