  Hi, What have I to do to add SEO Auto Linker and Meta Tags Mod plugins to my blog?
  Can you suggest me another plugins to improve my SEO? Thanks a lot and have a nice day!!

  Indeed it clearly states there is no FTP access and plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs at that link.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ FTP access, and plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  Staff have vested interest in creating as many volunteers as possible to lighten their work load and so they can have banker hours and weekends off. If they wish to coddle anyone who is posting half answers of confusing non-answers into threads that’s their prerogative. I don’t coddle. I shoot from the lip and will continue to do that.

  If you want to help answer support forum questions then:
  set up a private blog;
  invest about 3 months time lurking;
  create posts with correct answers and relevant links in them for your private blog from from searching the support documentation and support threads forums and locating the correct answer that the regular Volunteers posted previously;
  then and only then, post into threads when you are convinced that you have correct answers to post.

  Otherwise I will be on every mistake you make here and I will correct you publicly in each and every thread you fiddle about in and cause confusion in – got it?
