Plugins

I would like to install Plugins, but do not see a tab that allows me to do that under my “dashboard”?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
Currently, it is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
What are you wishing to do? We may already have a feature that could work for you.
Thanks for using WordPress.com!

I see, someone helping with my SEO suggested Yoast. Is there something like that for the .com sites?
-
Many of the features of Yoast are already built-in to WordPress.com (such as the XML sitemap available for your site http://balancedcarend.com/sitemap.xml ).
Here are a couple of our articles about what we’ve done with SEO that takes care of the need for a separate plugin: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/03/22/seo-on-wordpress-com/ and http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/04/11/seo-and-your-blog/
Thanks for using WordPress.com and hope you had a great weekend.
