  I want plugins on my wordpress.com website that I am hosting. If I need an upgrade package, which simple, simple package will allow plugins alone?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If what I’m seeing on the forum is correct, I have no access to plugins from wordpress.com Is this correct?

  Also, if plugins are only available through wordpress.org how do I transfer my site to wordpress.org?

  The plugin I am trying to use is called “Link Page To” and I was wondering, if I can’t use plugins, is there a way I can make pages to outside pages?

  We do not allow users to upload plugins to WordPress.com sites. If you have a self-hosted site using the software available at WordPress.org, you may install plugins on that site.

  If you wish to move your site to WordPress.org, you can export your posts, pages, media and comments to a self-hosted site, but you will need to set up the theme and design separately:
