  How do you add plugins? i am trying to put live chat on my website i have read some people saying it must be self hosted or wordpress.org i have a free wordpress blog how do i do this please help

  At present there are no chatboxes or forums that can be embedded into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
