  Hello there,

  I cannot see the plugins option in toolbar – I am not sure why, but guessing it might be something to do with the version or OS I use? I am on an old Mac OX so not sure if that is a problem? I have another WordPress blog I sue for work and that has the plugin option.
  Please let me know if you can help!
