  While we don’t allow users on WordPress.com to install plugins for security reasons, WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins, so most users don’t need additional plugins anyway.

  You can view your site stats in your admin bar when logged in. If there is other functionality you’re looking for, let me know, and we may have a way you can accomplish your goal.
