  do you have to purchase css or the template in order to use plug ins? and if not how do you install plugins?

  I down loaded a couple and then extracted but now do not know what to do next?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are not allowed on blogs at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.
