  WordPress already includes a multitude of plugins that are bundled into every WordPress blog.

  You can find out what plugins are included here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If there is a plugin that is not here that you believe should be, You could also give suggestions in the Ideas Forum. There is more information for that as well in the link I gave you.

  What shiny fancy feature can’t you live without?

  Asking for “Plugin’s” is useless, if however there is a specific feature you need, might already be built in or the staff might put it on the list of things to do.
