  That’s because you can’t use outside plugins on your free wordpress blog.

  Have you read the wordpress TOS?
  Here on wordpress.COM you cannot sell things unless you have made them yourself. To have an ecommerce store you might need to have a look at wordpress.ORG.

  Well, there is a option for ecommerce in WordPress.com:

  …although it may be a bit expensive. ;)
