Plugins

How come I don’t have a ‘plugin’ section in my dashboard section where I can alter things about my blog . I’m using the Sight theme also :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Because we can’t use plugins on WordPress.com and there is no theme or upgrade that will give you that ability, nor can you access your blog’s base file or upload your own themes. You’ll only be able to do those things if you have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG website, which is completely separate and different from WordPress.com:
