  why won’t MH Theme allow me to add plugins
  how do I add plugins
  this is the first theme I have used that doesnt allow me to add plugins

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Its’ not theme dependent. Please look at the Plugins tag https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/plugins
