  I’m new here, so I don’t totally understand all the terminology. I was told to download the All In One SEO plug in, but it appears I can’t do that unless I have the .org wordpress version. Is this true? If it is true, how else can I apply seo to my blogs or titles?

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
