  Hello, I don’t see the “Plugins” option on the left hand side of my dashboard. How do I get that option and how would I install a plugin that has been downloaded on my computer?

  Yeah I’m wondering this too, I’ve only signed up a test account on here rather than on my dedicated host just to test a plugin :S

  You can’t:

  WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.
