How do I install plugins?

  It is a long story! My wweb site is hosted with “Hostjester”. I downloaded the original WordPress from there. When I downloaded WordPress something happene when I tried to change the Theme of the blog. I could not get on WordPress let alone my site. I tried everything to cure the problem but to know avail. It was suggested to reinstall WordPress and I have done that. However, the original installation had plugins as part of WordPress Dashboard. I want to install Clickbank and Adsense.
  They are extremely important.
