  I need to get plugins with their icons (not widgets) Facebook , Twitter and Instagram on my blog, but I haven´t the option…
  thks

  Hi there. We can’t use plugins on WordPress.com and there is no upgrade that will give you the ability. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  What exactly do you want to do? Maybe there’s already a way in WordPress.com to do it. You can see all the various options to integrate those platforms at these links:

  Yes, I knew about those options (widgets or sidebar) but I would like the icons will be directly in header. But if WordPress.com can’t use plugins it´s impossible, right?

  Not impossible at all, no.

  Some themes already have social icons in the header, while some other themes have a separate menu for social icons. You can see this theme as an example of the first: https://wordpress.com/themes/mystique/ There’s not a filter specifically for this feature, but some of the themes that have Theme Options might have this functionality: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/theme-options/

  You can see an example of the social links menu on the Sela theme: https://wordpress.com/themes/sela/ And more themes with this feature here: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/social-links-menu/

  Otherwise, you should also be able to add buttons to the header or menu using CSS, though you’d need the Custom Design upgrade to do that.
