  Are plugins like jetpack part of the premium upgrade or are they free?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On WordPress.com most of the popular plugin functionality is available automatically. So there is no plugins tab in the dashboard.

  We can’t add plugins even on the premium plan.

  Thanks for the feedback. Does this mean that jetpack is no longer available for wordpress or just can’t be installed.

  Jetpack is for self-hosted WordPress blogs so they too can enjoy the awesome features that are already available for WordPress.com.

  All the Jetpack features are available by default for WordPress.com sites.
