http://jkvegh.com/ is hosted by WordPress.COM.
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and move your content into a WordPress.ORG install https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

Okay, that is what smashwords gave me. I am on wordpress.com. So is there a way to do a widget for my smashwords books? I tried the normal way through smashwords but as usual, nothing works with wordpress.

Not that I am aware of – sorry. Note the code restrictions we have here https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ We cannot post JavaScript or iframe widgets without the software stripping the code out for security reasons as WordPress.COM is a multi-user blogging platform.

This is the code for the widget. Is it a Java Script? I don’t know by looking at it. I have put widgets on there before through Text.
<script id=”smashwords-widget-js” async=”async” src=”//www.smashwidgets.com/1/widgets.js”></script>
