  Greetings:
  I have the latest version of WP and I’m trying to add plugins to my website. However, I don’ see a plugin button so how do you up-load plugins?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are talking about a site hosted here at wordpress.com, such as this one, http://gacitizenshungercoalition.wordpress.com/ which is linked to your username, then sorry, plugins are not allowed at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress sites using the software from wordpress.ORG.
