  why i dont have plugins tab in my dashboard? what do i have to do to add it?

  The site linked to your name is empty – is that the site you are asking about? If not we need the URL of the blog in question beginning with http to give you an accurate answer.

  Sorry, plugins are not allowed at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress sites using the software from wordpress.ORG.
